NICK PASPALEY: NATIONAL PORTRAIT GALLERY
The National Portrait Gallery unveiled twenty new portrait commissions of Australian leaders as part of its twentieth birthday celebrations. Featuring in this special exhibition was a portrait of our Executive Chairman, Nick Paspaley by Artist Andrew Bonneau.
Director of the National Portrait Gallery, Mr Angus Trumble says “Great care was taken in bringing together the subjects and artists to bring out the best in the creative process. As a result, each work is a striking and unique representation of the twenty individuals but also reflective of the relationship they developed with their respective artists.”
Our Executive Chairman, Nick Paspaley featured among 20 leaders from a range of different fields including; Andrew Gaze, Gail Kelly and Jacki Weaver.
The exhibition ran until February 10, 2019.
