In Sydney, the new Oncore by Clare Smyth restaurant was the setting for the first dining experience of the month where guests were invited to view the Paspaley family’s private collection of exceptional pearls and taken on an immersive food journey, including a delicate dish of Paspaley Pearl Meat.
In Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Darwin, family members Christine Salter and Chris Paspaley delighted guests with the inspiration and innovative craftsmanship behind Paspaley’s Signature Collections.
