PRODUCT CARE
All Paspaley purchases come with pearl care instructions and a chamois for cleaning. As a guide, you can follow these tips:
- Wait until after applying makeup, perfume and hair products to put on your jewellery. Some chemicals may harm pearls.
- Wipe your pearl jewellery with the Paspaley pearl chamois provided before putting away.
- Store your pearl jewellery wrapped in a soft cloth to protect it from rubbing against harder gems or abrasive objects.
- Occasionally clean your pearls gently with a cloth dipped in warm water or in mild soapy water. Rinse the cloth in fresh water and wipe pearls clean. Dry with a soft cloth.
Strands will require restringing from time to time, depending on how often they are worn. It is advisable to seek guidance annually on restringing.
Your Paspaley jewellery can be stored in its accompanying Yellow Box. When travelling wrap your pearl jewellery in a soft cloth or leather travel pouch provided, to protect from direct contact with harder gems or abrasive objects.
To avoid tangling or kinking chains, store flat or in separate compartments of travel pouch provided.
Natural sandalwood bracelets should be stored away from direct sunlight.
Occasionally clean pearls by gently wiping them with a cloth dipped in mild soapy water. Rinse the cloth in fresh water and wipe pearls clean. Dry with a soft cloth.
AFTER CARE
We invite you to bring your item to your nearest Paspaley boutique and our Sales Associates will happily assist with the repair process.

Paspaley recommends having your Strand restrung annually.
To arrange a restringing please drop off your jewellery at your nearest boutique or contact Customer Care here.
Due to the meticulous nature of matching our pearls, we will generally not be able to offer a replacement earring to purchase.
Instead, we invite you to return the current earring and you may purchase a brand new pair of the same earrings at 50% of the current retail price.

Paspaley offers limited cleaning services in boutique.
For pieces that require further cleaning services, our Sales Associates will happily arrange for your piece to be cleaned by our craftsmen at our workshop.
