All online purchases are eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund within 30 days, providing the item(s) are returned in their original and unused condition with the Tax Invoice, original packaging and any certificates supplied.
Purchases may be returned to our E-boutique at your own expense. We suggest securely wrapping your order to avoid any damage and using a trusted courier such as Australia Post.

Alternatively, you may return your purchase to any of our Paspaley boutiques, and our Sales Associates will happily assist with an exchange or credit note. If you would prefer a refund, the boutique will return your purchase to our E-boutique, with no charge, and a refund will be issued by our E-boutique.
Our boutiques are not able to issue a refund for an online order.
